SPM Simplified Frac Iron System

The new, more streamlined SPM Simplified Frac Iron System marks an important advancement that increases operational efficiency. Traditional frac operations involve hundreds of moving parts and small-bore iron strings to manage extremely high pressures. Every connection represents a potential leak path – and creates substantial NPT. The simplified system is preassembled on multiple skid/trailer configurations. It radically reduces the footprint and amount of iron required for operations as well as NPT, potential leak paths, rig-up time, labor costs and safety hazards. Multiple configurations enable customers to move skids around with each rig-up to balance wear across assets.
